When you are walking down the street and a guy follows you and tries to chat with you…how do you tell him to get lost, in a nice way??

Do you know the guy? If he is a stranger, I would treat him like a street vendor and state firmly but politely (smile and say; "Not Interested") and continue walking. Do NOT engage in any conversation or entertain his questions as they are normally hooks used to draw your attention. Stay in public venues until he disappears. If he is persistent, walk up to the first policeman you can find and report him. Suerte!

- First try to ignore him.
- If it doesn't work, tell him "Sorry, I'm busy at the moment" (ma tetmaskhari, and at the same time don't show any sign of weakness)
- If that still doesn't work, run and call your brother or your uncle to come kick his a**.
but if he seems a nice guy, why not smile back ;) and take it from there ;)

I have used this one before. If you have a cell phone, just say " Oh, excuse me i have to take this call. it was nice talking to you. Have a nice day." or something like that and then take out your phone and pretend to answer it.

when i am alone when that happens, in Palestine I tell him who my uncle is lol and that boy starts to runnnnnnnnn hahahahaha
if i am not alone there, i call over a family member, and then he leaves.
here in america, i just act like whatever.......and tell them i have a boyfriend, USUALLY they get the hint.
exmaple:
"hey baby, how old are you?"
" i am 13"
"what?.....oh ok...well thats ok, you got a boyfriend?"
"yup"
"you know i dont care if you got a boyfriend or not, i dont descriminate."
"well, me and my boyfriend kinda care..."
"....alright, well bye."
