You may arrive early and in which case, it's far better to take things slowly. Regulate your breathing and stop if things are happening too quick and resume when the feeling subsides.

Take your time slow down if things are getting too close, take deep breaths and concentrate a little.

What does it matter anyway if the person you are with cares about you as much as they should they wouldnt mind, and remember practice makes perfect :o)
