I know that Bromides are excreted through the skin as well as urinary, and i wanted to know if Iodides/Iodine are excreted the same way as they are both halides. Is this the same as in felines?

Much of the body's iodine is found in the skin. Moreover, iodine can be absorbed through the skin. Therefore iodine can be excreted through the skin too.
Iodine is mostly excreted in cats, not through the skin.
