I do the same thing...when I'm too tired...when I'm stressed...
I don't do it when I'm typing, only when I'm talking.
I've found that if I slow down my talking & don't make really quick responses (think before I talk) then I do a lot better.
Also, I've had some major, traumatic things going on in the last 6 months & I find that getting my focus to 100% on any one thing is sometimes difficult.
Take it easy, slow down. I wish you well.
