Not very often. I got violated for a question I asked 5 months ago yesterday and then got best answer for a question that was asked SIX months ago! What's up with all this old stuff in the first place? Grrrrrrr

Yes indeed it is. Just read the community guidelines VERY carefully. If someone turns you in just tell them that your question is in no way a violation of the guidelines and that you have a troll and they will remove it.

I'm not sure how it works, I think If ya tickem' off, its the intimidation game and ya get put on restriction. Then if ya a "good little boy" and don't say anything, ya make it back
