y cant i hv a sound slp at nite..??

when im sleeping n if by chance i get up...thn its hard for me to go bak to sleep..i hv lately had a low b.p too...im jus 17 yrs old...i jus cant put myself bk to slp..!!help

Please let your mom know what is going on, and have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on because there are a number of possibilities that could be causing this.
