it's possible but not very healthy for you...and i wouldn't suggest it...your mind needs the REM sleep you are depriving it of when you do this and believe it or not you can actually change the chemistry in your brain and develop issues for yourself later on...sleep perchance to dream...is more than just a saying....you need it

I do this except, I stay awake for 3 days, then I sleep straight for about 14 hours. I am functional but very fatigued. I don't have the energy to run a mile or anything, but everyday tasks aren't bad. I would only do this if you don't have a busy schedule, work, school, sports, etc.

Why wouldn't you want to sleep? Yes it's possible ask any speed freak but staying up for days, for what? To fit in more partying? Studying? Working on your tan? It ll stress your brain and body out, but that's your prerogative.

i think its possible...
you're not gonna die..
it might take a few days or even weeks for your body to get used to it..cause your body needs sleep/rest every night to reload on energy....but if you dont sleep.. then.. eat healthy... thats the only way i can think of in order to remain functional..
