This question has been posed here so many times. That I am beginning to think that the meaning of life for those people on this forum is to just ask the question. "What is the meaning of life".

alright

The meaning of life is SURVIVAL. To ensure our very existence as long as we can. And considering the fact that we will eventually die on a natural way, our most important goal is to propagate and ensure the survival of the race. Because SURVIVAL is the highest law. But you can also choose to ensure your own survival instead through ascension. Of course only if you allow yourself to believe in such things.

In either case, the most important is to maintain our very existence as long as possible. You are searching for an answer that is encoded into your DNA. The ancient power that motivated living beings to take actions in order to SURVIVE. Survival and Replication. Methods that even the most basic lifeforms use to live their life. Creating a nice story around this about the 'core of life' or the 'meaning of our existence' is nothing more then using an other packaging with a different color.

Real meaning comes from having a real purpose and a real purpose, by definition, can only come from God. For purpose requires a design or plan and a design cannot come from an accident; it requires an intelligent designer.

Several answerers have said, in effect, "the meaning of life is to live life". But without God, even living your life is not a purpose. Nor, without God, is seeking happiness a purpose. Without God, you cannot choose a real purpose; obviously you didn't create yourself so you can't have created yourself for any purpose. It is like a person who finds a hammer and never having seen a hammer doesn't know its purpose. The finder can invent a use, e.g. as a weapon, but can't know its real purpose.

While we can't give ourselves purpose or meaning, we can try to get some meaningless feelings of self worth. We do this by saying something like, "my purpose is to make the world a better place ...".

For me, I want real purpose and real meaning and so I seek God not even knowing for sure whether He exists or not.

well thats always an interesting question,i cant say there is a one ultimate purpose of life but i can tell you the basic direction of life which is basicly survival, but then there is the problem of free will in the human being.

if the purpose(direction)of life is survival than what are we
to say about suicide an action that controdicts this purpose?

the whole game changed when the homo sapian was finaly formed.meaning that humans unlike the rest of nature that just dose its thing.humans have a choice to do whatever thing they want.i choose to love unconditionaly as best as i can.

The meaning of life is to learn lessons, not from books or education, but life lessons. Relationships, emotions and knowledge, each human is here to learn and grow.

There is no meaning unless you chose to have a meaning.
A life without meaning is very empty. This is your only chance here. Make the best of it.
