my boss seems to constantly pilling all the work on me and not other members of staff and also cut my hours without tellin as to why also i have heard her make snide comments behind my back i have worked there for a year and a half and she only took over as manageress about 6 month or less i was told previously that iam a good worked by the owner of the company and also know people who have worked with the manageress and they have said she was an absolute cow to them im giving my resignation in approx 3wks does it sound to you as bullying and if so how can i prevent her doin this to other people as she shouldnt be allowed to keep getting away with this behaviour

You go above her head. If she has internal problems with her people that will affect how her managerial status is seen by the higher ups. They will not question your integrity but question her leadership. Make sure you have proof so it does not seem vindictive. Also show clearly how you were viewed previously and inform them that while you are appreciative of the company and all it has offered you, you cannot and will not work in a abusive and unhealthy environment. if you are already deciding to leave...i would ask upper management for an exit interview and discuss this issue with them...it really is your only recourse and may do nothing...but they will watch the situation a little closer and maybe ask others as well...

How long has she been your boss?-if it's been long enough that you can't handle it, & you don't wanna quit, then report her to her boss or the owner.-I walked off my last job cause my supervisor was treating me bad for months, everyone said to ignore him but things got worse. -& I had another job lined up, I'm guessing he is predjudice. (he's spanish).-but anyways, good luck.
