How do I get MAME Plus to work?

Question

I downloaded it at http://www.zophar.net/mame.html, and tried following the guide to make Mame work at http://www.coolrom.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3164. So far I've done steps one, two, and three. I downloaded all of the bios files that were listed here at http://www.coolrom.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88.
But the problem is when I open the program mame it just closes back. Someone help please?

Well first, I always send people to download MAMEPLUS from the home websight http://www5.emu-zone.org/host/mameplus/.

Second, Here are the bios you need at http://www.efmovie.com/mame.htm You should download all of them.

Third roms can come from many sights I recommend the following:

http://www.rom-world.com/dl.php?name=MAME
http://www.dy1980.com/web/emu-mame5.htm
http://www.efmovie.com/mame.htm

After you get the Bios and Roms downloaded you need to place them in the roms folder in the mamepluss folder. (should look something like this C:\mame\roms)

YOU KNOW YOU BIOS AND ROMS ARE ZIPPED FILES WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THEM, WELL YOU KEEP THEM ZIPPED!!!! ("DO NOT UN ZIP ROMS OR BIOS FILES!!") JUST PLACE THE ZIPPED FILES IN THE ROMS FOLDER. MAME WILL USE THIM THIS WAY...
