I'll add to what the previous person wrote.

-Don't talk loud. The mic is 2 inches from your mouth; talking louder won't help.
-Don't talk in elevators
-Don't talk when being rung up at any kind of store. It's rude to the employees and you might miss a good deal they're offering.
-Don't talk while driving. 95% of people can't seem to do both at the same time.

Never use them in a public place, theater, movie, restaurant, bus, subway, etc., etc. it's rude.

Step outside if you must use a cell phone.

No one wants to hear your conversation.
