my computer keeps going to customize settings page but it is always blue screen

to be honest you are better off getting Netscape, or my favourite Firefox, these are open source programs and are free, and the best thing about them is that you don't get as many viruses and BT broadband works perfectly :-)
I prefer firefox as you can customise it, and if you want it to look like I/E (but I have no idea why you would want to make it look like I/E) but it is possible.
It is also a lot quicker than I/E, but you will find that some smaller less IT trained companies don't like Firefox and don't aknowlkedge its existence and some things might not work.
