Hi, Boy going threw the change of live was really something else. I had nights sweats so bad it look like i took a shower with my pj on. I would over heat day and night like i was inside a oven.I was a ROYAL B I T CH going threw the change and i could of kicked any ones Butt when i had the mood swings and that was just about all the time. I was sooo glad after it was all over. Now you have some ideal how old i am. Lol Lol... I am not a B I T CH anymore i am a p u s s ie Cat and very well tamed Lol Lol.

I have them sometimes to a higher degree than just the normal - have even taken medication to try to even my moods out - my poor hubby didnt know what kind of response he would get to most things as my moods were all over the shop! Im not on medication now as things seem fine and have been ok for a couple of years - just the usual ups and downs at the moment. Im 34 F

yes, 44yr. female reason for mine though is i am bi-polar manic and i take lithium for it. makes me feel 100 percent better. before the meds, one min. i would be calm and next min. i would be biting your head off. laughing,crying,yelling the whole nine yards. Don't do it anymore thank the good Lord.

yep, its like a roller coaster, one minute I feel despair, the next euphoria. btw I'm male 61 yrs. I had this since I was a kid.
