I sorta get a little thrill from watching people make a train wreck out of their lives, like "To catch a predator", Dwight & Michael on "The Office", and now this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKyzBe0CA2Q&NR=1

Meka, my GOD that was good entertainment -- there are only few (if any) times I've felt more embarrassed for somebody than Michael Richards racial tirade.

I saw a woman fall on her butt in a crowded store. Pulled a bunch of stuff down off the shelves in the process of trying *not* to fall on her butt. Created a big noisy ruckus and drew all kinds of attention her way. I felt embarrassed for her.

Any Christian those which would be in my circle of friends is accustomed to my suggestions-set in this - that that's beside the point and unsociable behaviour. If I ever did discover myself in this difficulty although, i would not tolerate it and that i could enable them to properly known that it makes me incredibly uncomfortable using fact i'm finding it incredibly perplexing to be polite while they're exhibiting no regard for the end result their prosthelytising is having on me - properly, that's what i could want to do yet basically such as you i could probably be cringing on the interior on an identical time as courteously listening to them. Us atheists have a tendency to have greater suitable social skills than Christians and don't pass out of our thank you to make others uncomfortable. The upside is you get a great tale to snigger approximately later.

well yes, but there are other people you should feel sorry for before Sylvia Browne. If she is a fake, you know how many she has scammed? I don't feel sorry for con artists who get caught in the act.
But I agree with you about the To Catch a Predator predators. The people that make that show seem to destroy their lives with barely concealed glee.

I've felt embarrassed for people who make mistakes that others would laugh at. I don't feel embarrassed for people that are rude or mean.

YES! I feel embarrassed for people I've never met or for people on TV or in a movie who do something really embarrassing. I always feel so bad for them!

Yeah, my husband. He starts dancing around here doing the E.T. ( a dance from the 80's) and I get super embarrassed for him even if it's only us here at home.

I especially hate it when they don't know people are laughing at them. I just start to feel sick like its happening to me.
