In view of the disgraceful scenes outside the Court of Law when Burka clad 'people' were ranting and raving and waving placards saying 'BRITISH POLICE GO TO HELL' because those 'people' were there in support of four Muslims being jailed for offences including soliciting murder, and inciting racial hatred. I have stuck to 'people' as we have no idea of what was actually beneath those long black shrouds apart from pure EVIL ! If they were female, then they should really think about what they are doing. In England they are far better protected from the types of abuse that Muslim women have inflicted on their absolute right to FREEDOM from persecution by their male relatives. Even so, yesterday at the Old Bailey the father, uncle and some family friends of a 20 year old Kurdish woman Banaz Mahmod were found guilty of her murder. They gang-raped her, stamped on her to remove her sould and THEN strangled her ! Get rid of the Burka we need to see the faces of those who wish us ill.

How dare you accuse me of racism ? ! Get off your screens and look at what is happening here and think about what will happen if we continue to allow OUR freedom and rights to be shoved aside for these terrorists ! There are good and evil in all creeds, nations and religions on this earth and these fanatics who abuse our freedom in the World are evil.

Sorry Sheeple - wrong again - i never have been racist, having suffered from it as one of ten roman catholic irish children brought up in this country in the 1950's. I exceeded everyones expectations, worked hard, got a good education - without any state aid - was instrumental in starting a company which we sold last year, making me a multi-millionaire, but having left all of my staff still in protected employment with a PLC who are determined to expand our footprint for quality. Don't try to rubbish me on here, my portfolio is at companies house - where is your experience coming from ?

It wont be long before the PC brigade on here jump down your throat for stating the obvious. I don't know who is being brainwashed the most - fanatics like you mention above, or, New Labours army of pen-pushing, none-jobs-Worth's!. At least one group speaks its mind, whilst the others hide behind peddled lies and have no opinion but to sing off the same sheet.
OFF with the Burka!.

In the case in question, whilst I have no objection to the voicing of their views outside Court. They were not being inflammatory, I do not accept the wearing of the Burka (or whatever they call it) is acceptable. I thought Muslim women wee supposed to be modest. their behaviour was hardly modest. These people seem to want it both ways, and obviously thought they were committing an illegal act so why did they wear the burka.
These people can were a crescent and star the same as a Christian can wear a crucifix but hiding their identity is not on.
Therefore in Court the Burka must be removed and be forbidden in the classroom by both pupils and staff. If the immigrant population does not like they can go to another country were they do. Those born here actually know better and no the reasons for the objection without it having to be spelt out for them. most of us want to live in peace with our neighbours but there are some who make it clear they do not want to

i used to be going to ask the equivalent question. i'm not muslim even although my husband is and that i've got a pair of that the ladies individuals in his kin have given me and a few that I picked up myself on an identical time as i used to be there. i don't know why i'd desire to have self assurance that wearing them in Jordan and not being muslim would desire to be any diverse than wearing them staggering here. I wager in view that there it was once undemanding to look close to to the full women individuals wearing hijab and that i basically was once one in the gang. here i'd desire to stand out like a sore thumb. Oh the buzz of a small the city! I often have what they call Princess Hijab (in Jordan) - the two piece stretchy tub like ones. I call them beginner hijab. I even have not gotten down the knack for tying the scarf yet and that i'm a threat to myself with pins. I basically love how i assume on an identical time as I placed on them. From the 1st time my sister in law shown me how you possibly can placed on one it basically felt comfortable and the single word i could have self assurance of is real. I on the full placed on them on an identical time as i'm at living. I unquestionably have some stunning Jibabs that I placed on in any respect cases. i'm getting some humorous looks even although lots individuals basically have self assurance i'm "in basic terms a sprint diverse".

This doesn't sound racist to me.
It is reasonable for a person to distrust those that aren't willing to show their faces when they are trying to make a political statement.
America has problems like this too during protest.

These people are showing cowardice not to stand for their opinions.
And it is good that you recognize that Sharia law in it's current form is very dangerous. Just the oppression of women it portrays is bad enough but there are many other reasons why it should never be tolerated in a free and humane society.

I am sorry to say it but misguided views like yours just make things worse. If you think that getting rid of the Burka would make a blind bit of difference, then you have not thought it through at all. This tiny minority of Muslim people who are causing the problems would not stop because of that - if anyone wants to hide their identity in public they can cover their face with a scarf, balaclava, bandana etc. Would you like those scrapped too? If you need evidence of that just think about animal rights activists, or the anti globalisation protestors etc that we see on TV regularly with their faces covered.
In taking your line you are alienating and persecuting the 99.999% of Muslim citizens who are no more involved with the troubles than I am romantically linked with Angelina Jolie.
I am sorry but your attitude is typical of the knee jerk, control freak, hysteria based culture that Britain is turning into and it is so sad. Something that we don't understand - ban it, Something that goes against the politically correct current fashion - ban it, policticians having a quiet day - find something and ban it. A cultutral or religous symbol that uneducated people try to identify with as part of a bigger problem but really don't know anything about - ban it !!!
Be careful what you wish for - maybe the next thing will be. General public having the ability to post what they like on the internet - ban it !!! If that happens then don't complain, your desire to scrap/ban things is part of the problem, not part of a solution.

Despite all the education and success which you say you have achieved, at point did you learn to treat 'people'/sheeple with the basic respect they deserve. Perhaps this should be your first goal from now on in life.

question:- why is it that when our Queen, on a state visit to a Muslim country, have to adhere to there dress code .IE. covered head and long skirt/dress but any Muslim (female, or as has been proved, male!!) visiting/living in our country can dictate to us what they will wear, or-else !!
how about BRITISH and the BRITISH WAY OF LIFE and if you don't like it,well you know the answer

Sigh.
Not all Muslims are like that.
Western culture seems to see the burqa as an oppressive garment. In some senses it is, but there are reasons why women wear them. In a society as dangerous as theirs sometimes it is good be under cover, as one woman put it. It also had practical reasons: when people in the middle east had bad dust storms it served as protection!

I can understand your frustration and anger. I am in the same boat. I never had hatred toward any religious group but that has changed. I am now anti-Muslim and feel they should all go to Hades with their Burkas, long beards, head caps and their prayer rugs. There isn't a single Muslim who can be classified as "moderate". They all hate the Westerners and would like to see all of us die. Australia made it quite clear to Muslims. Either accept Australia as it is without introducing your religious culture into our society or leave. There were no ifs or buts in the statement from the government.
