For the most part YES, many things have happened in my life where I could explain in detail but that would take to long. Holding a grudge never solves anything, so it is best to forgive, maybe in some cases not forget but let go of anger and anomosity.
It's better to have loved and lost then to never love at all. Travel with love in your heart and lead a life of many dreams. I can't stay mad a people for long, espically those who are close dear friends, and loved ones.

Yes, I really do. I have forgiven many people alive and dead for things they have done to me. Many of them very cruel things.
Forgiveness is something you do for yourself. Forgiving another person for a wrong they committed against you takes away any power they had over you, and releases you from the pain that they caused.
I believe forgiveness if the most important thing we can do to grow personally, and to become stronger.

Yes - but many people say that I am too forgiving (like its a bad thing) - I dont have room in my life for bad, ugly baggage.

hmmm....well...I find that I feel guilty if I don't let something go and I hold a grudge against someone, but I don't know if that qualifies me as having a forgiving spirit...does it?
