So tell me do you like to be outside when it is raining?

I like to be out in the rain..if it is a light rain and no lighting.

After such a long drought here in this country , during the pass 10 years this year up to so far as this is our winter here , we are haveing a lot of rain , , which is good for our dams , which before the rains came in may , we were only 20% in the our dam , since the rains have come we are now up to 35% , but our water restrictions are still on , we are on restriction number 4 . in some places here they are on restriction six . as to your question . yes i am outside when it is raining , , also i think it can be romantic to , if it is not pouring down with rain to heavy , someone should make a song called "I AM KISSING ING THE RAIN , SMILE

Sometimes. But if you don't have an umbrella and you're on your way somewhere you got all dressed up for, then no, I don't like to be outside in the rain. If you're out playing and could care less what you look like, then yes, I love to be outside playing in the rain!

I like to walk the dog if it is raining. She likes the water. I don't go out if it is storming and not just a light rain, though.

yes....i also worked outside for 10 years.there was some pretty scary days with the weather.
