yes, very much. at times, it is extremely hard to hold the tears especially when i'm feeling a bunch of dark feelings. i usually want to breakdown.

I have felt that way so many times!
What to do is the next question.
Some people go to the beach. There is something about the water and how vast and powerful it is (especially if it is the ocean) that helps the mind and heart to calm down and feel at peace.
Some people listen to music, the genre being individual to each person's tastes.
Some people take a scenic drive. The open road can actually calm some people down, (but not others- Know thyself!).
Some people pray. Communing with God calms the soul.
I have done all of the above. Sometimes I've done all at once.
(That would be driving to the beach for me, not actually on the beach- No four wheeler. *sigh*)

i kinda feel that way now, i just got a new car and should be happy but i feel like crying over it, right now i don't even want to drive it now.
it's not a big thing but i should be happy about it right?
