I am 13 years old and I don't know if I am old enough to use a tampon. So can I????

Yes and they are SOO Much better than those yucky old pads! My mom never let me use tampons but I will never do that to my daughter. It is soo much more convenient! They even have tampons made for younger girls your age that fit your body better. Plastic applicators are the easiest. If it feels uncomfortable, then you probably dont have it in far enough and you shouldnt be able to feel it much at all...and Dont worry it wont get lost. I know I had a ton of questions about this when I was your age so its nice that there is a place like this now for you to ask!

There is no specific age to use a tampon. You can use it from your first period on. Just start out with the junior size.

yes you can use it. maybe ask someone you trust to explain how to insert it properly as i wasn't sure how to when i was your age, i did it wrong and it put me off them for a long long time because it hurt!!!
