My computer can't update windows software. Maybe infected by trojan horse virus and can't remove, clean it. Please help me.

You receive an error code and the copy of Microsoft Windows is not validated when you try to use Windows Genuine Advantage to validate your copy of Windows.
First if possible never use WGA. Microsoft has yet to get this genuine thing right. The probably never will either, but chances are your copy of Windows is a pirate copy. No luck and no help to you.

It is an error in Internet Explorer. It might be pirated and you have kept auto update enabled.

Try looking that error message at Microsoft.com. I know they have a whole list of error messages. Try CNet.com too.
