I know this is a small get some money job, but it's still a job. For now own, have people sign contracts BEFORE you cut the grass; that will get your money a little faster. If they hack up to a amount like your one neighbor, you have proof they never paid you for your services and you can sue at small claims. For the guy that moved, if you have someone witness you cutting his grass at $100 worth, then that could work; you would be going to court more for principle, court cost are around $35. You could probably get that too.
Personally, I'm 15 too and people will not hire us...laws and liability fall into play, if you find a job, good for it, keep it! If you have a talent them go with that, sell that talent to other people. If you speak a different language teach that has a class if your good at teaching, makes $25 a class easy. Check out the malls, must people don't mind hiring there.

I hate to say it, but a lot of businesses are not too fond of hiring anyone under 16. But Im pretty sure there is one place that hires 14 year olds, and that place is McDonalds. It may not sound like a lot of fun, and you'll be making minimum wage, but it is still a good way to learn responsibility and earn a weekly paycheck.

My son went around to every grocery store and business in town until he found a job. He was a cart boy at the grocery, a bus boy at a local restaurant, and worked for a snowball stand.

You could always sell your old stuff. That's all I can think of for a 15 year old. Most places would not accept 15 year olds for work unless it were a private business.

sounds like you should just get a real job, part time. or you can try to babysit, but it sounds like you're a guy and people are much less likely to hire guys as babysitters. maybe you can offer other serivces such as helping people clean, open and close their pools, walking dogs, or that sort of thing.
