You could try the Philippine National Red Cross, Gawad Kalinga, or UP-PGH Pahinungod. These organizations help a lot of underpriviledged people, and joining one would be very rewarding. I personally joined Pahinungod when I was still in UP. They are a very fun bunch of people. And the outreach programs are the best. :D
