Diagnosed as a pulled muscle but...?

I had pain last week in my Testicles and lower stomach, So at the hospital they Did an ultra sound and concluded that it was a pulled muscle.

Now I have no pain, However There seems to be something above my right testicle, And it seems to be attached. Not a hard mass, But it seems more like the tubes are inflamed.

I have no problems urinating or ejaculating. No pain unless push and prod the problem area, And not much pain then.

Ultrasound also showed no signs of cancer.

So my question is what do you think. DO NOT tell me to go to the doctor, as I am going tomorrow. I want your oppinion or ideas or even experiences with this situation.

Why do you need our opinions if you are going to the doctor? We have not examined you, done tests, or (in most cases) had medical training. Just listen to the doctor!
