Going to Colorado Springs, what parts of town are dangerous?

What are some things we really shouldn't miss out on?

Colorado Springs is probably one of the safest places I know. Things you shouldn't miss are pikes peak (take the cog railway) the garden of the gods, air force academy, cheyenne mountain zoo, and cave of the winds.
