Assuming this is something you are sure of doing, I suggest you prepare yourself for total disappointment. The first time is usually incredibly akward and not at all what our hearts have geared us to expect. It is also slightly painful and well....not exactly exciting.
Prepare yourself for a little bleeding and to be very sore afterwards.
This may sound a little grim, but I'm trying to be brutally honest with you.

No offense please, with all due respect, first get a dictionary, you're spelling is atrocious. A good lover is an educated lover. Regarding first time losing virginity........be sure you've bathed, smell good, brushed your teeth or tooth(depending on where you live), and don't assume she is a virgin if you're a guy, you both may have been in such a hurry she did not remove her panty hose. If you're a woman, well, forget everything i've said and watch Oprah(or Jerry Springer depending on your state) until she covers the topic.

Expecting you to stay a virgin is unrealistic. Shame on you people who try to put your belief system on this person.
First of all, you asked a very general question. Make sure the boy really cares about you first. If he does not, don't do it. Don't waste that precious gift on a jerk who will just tell his friends every intimate detail. If you are fourteen or younger don't even think about it because emotionally you are not ready to handle it. Tell us more details.
