Just ignore her till she talks. She knows the words it sounds like but doesn't have to use them because you will get her what she wants even if she doesn't talk. You have trained her well LOL. If you let her keep using signs then she will never have to talk. Just say "I will get you something to eat or let you outside when you ask with words" And stand firm. It will be hard on both of you. Keep telling her you love her and showing her how much you care. Love is key, but don't give in to signs if you want the spoken words. Is there a reason for the signing? Is that how you communicate most of the time or with certain family members? If the answer is yes then teach her both ways to communicate-like being bilingual. ;)
