Sometimes it isn't wise for husband and wife to work together. If the stress is that bad for you then you two need to work out another arrangement. Maybe she could do some of the work from home and both of you would get a break.

Why would that stress you out, unless it is making it hard for you to flirt with the other women. LOL
If your wife is treating you like a husband at work, nicely remind her that this is a place of business and you would expect her to relate and speak to you as a co-worker while at the office.

LOL Flavio! I think I may have an inkling of why your marriage is a bit rough.
To the question, I think you should just be honest with your wife and let her know that you love her too much to let a job harm the relationship. Sometimes too much of a good thing is bad. She's like chocolate, only in the evening, maybe bedtime, and perhaps for breakfast once in a while :P

Depends on why you are stressed about it. If it's because of the secretary under your desk then I'd be stressed too.

If she's the absolute reason for your stress, then fire her.....tell her to stay home and collect unemployment benefits.....straight up sentiments, and blessings to the both of you.....

i used to work with my man and it was fine. we didnt fight or anything. some couples cant work together though because its too much time together.
