You want facts *****? Football is more important than your stupid dog is to our society. It brings in more money and probably donates more money than you all can raise to help with your senseless acts. Seriously? Well, you know they protested at the beginning of the latest intifada when the arabs in gaza starting blowing up public and school buses of jewish women and schoolchildren back in 1998. The arabs were sometimes sending donkeys in with bombs strapped on their backs.
PETA came in and protested the use of the donkeys. Completely ignored the dead Jewish women and children, said not a word about that.
So apparently it's ok with PETA to blow up kids and women but just don't use a donkey to do it.
I have no respect for PETA whatsoever.

By the way, I don't support PETA for a few reasons. But I *AM* an animal rights activist who thinks that you people are cruel idiots for believing that humans are somehow better than non-humans.

Your point is not logical. For example, at one time, slavery was very important to the United States economy. Did that make it right? No. Legal? Yes? But right? No.

Using animal products doesn't make anyone a hypocrite, as one would have to completely separate his/her self with civilization (and many, if not most, products used by civilization) in order to avoid using animal products. But, of course, no one could actively fight for the rights of animals by doing so. We, animal rightists, know that you would love this.... But we won't give up on our non-human friends and won't give you the pleasure.

peta is CRAZY!!! they are absolutely insane. ok first of all torture of animals is indeed a bad thing, but some of the things they stand for and some of the things they say and do are outrageous. first off vick hasnt been proven guilty of anything. i'm not a real big fan of vick, but in this country you are innocent til proven guilty, and it is crazy for peta to start accusing him of doing anything by assuming he had something to do with this accusation. and 2nd of all peta is not innocent when it comes to the topic on animal cruelty. one carzy little thing about peta is that there vp is a diabetic, and by being a diabetic it requires her to take daily insulin shots. and a little crazy thing about insulin is that it was created and tested on animals. however she claims not to be a hypocrite because the animals need her to fight for them. and thats a fact. so dont believe what peta has to say because they'll lie and twist the truth in order for them to get what they want. it seems to me like they care more for animals than they do for their own species.

This is what PETA believes is wrong, and they're speaking their minds. I think we should applaud them for exercising their First Amendment rights. They're doing a lot more for our country and for preserving freedom than the people who have nothing better to do than sit around bashing the people who speak their minds.

So, they can be vegans till the cows come home. It isnt going to stop farmers from killing animals so that we can eat them. I personally love meat, and I am an animal lover as well. I just wish PETA would realize that just because they think killing animals for food purposes is wrong, it isnt going to do the slightest bit of good, because we are always going to continue eating meat.
