does anyone know of a free grant program where i could start my own buisness to support my family?

Nothing is "free." If you're asking for advice on how to pilfer more money out of my pocket in the form of taxes, my only advice is to get a job, save money, apply for a loan and pay interest on it like everyone else does. Perhaps then you can find energy to lobby for lower taxes so you can afford to invest in your own business & support your own family.

There are very few grants available to start businesses. That is generally done with loans or savings.

First you need to decide what business you want to start, and write a solid business plan.
