Baked or grilled. Both are yummy. Fried fish just tastes the same as anything else fried.

Fried? Ick... defies the purpose of eating fish, for health...lol.

Baked? Eh... Once in a while... I prefer ME baked...

Grilled? Heck yes! I make some amazing fish on the grill!

Nothing beats grilling in my book-- especially for meaty steak fish-- salmon, tuna, swordfish, shark, etc. NOTHING. The next best is broiling, which is probably easier for flakier cuts-- flounder, haddock, etc.. Pan frying is next and is great when you first pull the fish out of the water and cook over an open fire-- great for trout. Frying? As in breading? The only time I'd do that is for old frozen fish that doesn't have much taste anyway. For fresh fish, it just covers up all the flavor and natural oils. Works for fish and chips. The only other way I occasionally use is poaching for a specific Irish salmon recipe with a mashed potato salad on top.

I typically don't like fish unless its deep fried in a nice batter with lots of tartare sauce and chips! Oh and chuck in a pickled onion for old time sake.

Only like white fleshed fish any dark oily fish is too rich for my taste.
