Do you ever step aside to let someone pass because their voice is so annoying?

I was enjoying a peaceful, lunch-time walk and the people walking behind me had such annoying, nasal voices that I stopped and let them pass.

I also let many women pass me because they sound like horses with the shoes they wear. What's up with that?

All the time.For me my peace of mind and sanity is most important.Apart from that,some such people may think that you are being decent to them.A double whammy and no cost.

Yes these people at my job drive me nuts how they all basically are following you down the hall in an attempt to get by. Excuse me works miracles people!!!

Hey what about those that feel the need to hold discussions in the middle of the damn hallway...thereby forcing others to slide past them....and they have the nerve to give u a dirty look. Get the hell over..jeez!!

I'll let them pass if they're annoying, or I'll just leave the store or restaurant I'm in. Also if someone comes in with a screaming kid, I immediately ask for a to-go box and the check and make a mad dash out of there! If you can't behave normally in public and can't make your kids behave, stay at home! Or go to K-Mart.

i have found many voices extremely annoying that i wanted to puke. but i dont think i let them pass. but hey! my shoes sound like a horse trotting! nothing wrong with that. im sure you hear much worse than that.

I have been known to flee when I smell someone before i see them.
