A friend of mine is in the hospital right now because every relationship she steps into with a guy, she's always being physically abused. & she keeps getting hurt because she leaves 1 guy for another, thinking the new guy is "Mr. Right". Well, today she got sent to the hospital because this guy got her pregnant & she thought that if she get pregnant for this guy, then her ex would leave her alone. Well, her ex found out that she's pregnant & now she wants to get an abortion, & the guy who got her pregnant beat the life out of her when he found out her abortion plan. & on top of that, she lost the baby & when he choked her, she bit down hard on her tongue. How long would it take for her to recover from the tongue injury? She has to get stitches. So him beating her up killed the baby. Now what? & this guy who put her in the hospital was a 1-night stand & not a boyfriend. This is like the 5th guy she's been abused by, & this is the WORST scenario. 1st time being hospitalized.

If she can prove he beat her and she was pregnant the man can actually be put in jail. Not sure the charge but they can arrest him for that. As for your friend. sounds to me like she needs to take time to get to know a guy a little more before jumping in to a relationship with them.

Until your friend gets some self-esteem and takes the time to find a nice guy to date, she is going to continue to be in these situations. She needs to start realizing the signs and get out of the relationship early.
As for the tongue injury - the tongue is one of the areas of the body that heals the quickest. It won't take long to heal.

OMG, get her some help, seriously her life is being threatened. She needs to seek help. I hope she can get out of this. Best of luck (seriously)

I am so sorry that she lost her baby and am sorry she even met this horrible guy. I hope he gets prosecuted and I hope he rots in hell.
