I delete mine because it helps me focus better. I only keep stuff if I think I'll get back to it. If I don't, then I delete these too. There's always more to replace them the next day. Thank goodness the storage limit has increased. I used to think they were going to cut me off if I didn't keep deleting all the junk. Before I got my computer, I could only check my email three times a month tops.

I keep some for a short while, and I deleted some right away. Others, I never delete (like Violation Notices or ones from Customer Care).

I keep all important emails in my inbox and delete the rest after seeing them and replying to all the people who emailed me =)

I was getting close to the 1gb max storage, so I was deleting some, now that there's no limit, I keep everything that was sent by people I actually know.Everything else gets deleted about once a month.

Delete the ones I don't need. I set up folders for Keep and Saved and
a few others. When I don't need them anymore then I delete them. Some
special ones are just worth saving!! Besides why take up valuable space??
