You know what a "citizen's arrest" is, right? Well, what about a "citizen's tax"? Today during lunchtime, all I wanted to do is briskly walk from my office building across the street to the deli and order myself a veggie sandwich with no mayo. Of course, the same homeless bum tries to hit me up for some change.
Instead of trying to ignore him, I had a different plan. I reached into his cup and took a nice little wad of bills right from him and muttered "about time one of you people do something for me for a change!". Why should I have to pay for the street cleaning fees that washes away his urine and feces and not him?
Give me one good reason why we shouldn't euthanize these creeps? I'm actually a very progressive, warm hearted person. I want to do whats right for them. And this "poor person" actually had $87 in that wad I swiped! 87 bucks! I bought a bottle of Jack Daniels and the Spice Channel for the weekend, now thats living!

I can definitely see where you're coming from, but to answer your question, yes it is wrong to take money from a homeless man :)

Wow, did you pat yourself on the back too? And tell your yuppy friends at your sissy sport bar that you ripped off a homeless guy? I don't know what you're boasting about, you're nothing but a common thief, and you have the nerve to call him a "creep" ? What are you?
You say you're "warm hearted" ? How is stealing from a homeless man, "warm hearted"? Did you warm his heart when you ripped him off?
I deal with alot of homeless people. And yes, there are some who don't want to work. But there are many out there who are mentally ill, and no social services program will even begin to help them. So they have no choice but to live on the street, or in homeless shelters, or to beg for money.
The biggest bunch of crap I hear from people on the street is, "I don't want to give them any money, because they'll just buy booze with it. " Well.......what did YOU do with it? You bought booze and porno, wow..........what an upstanding guy you are! You're a drunk and a pervert, and you have the nerve to condemn this homeless man? And condemn him to death? What gives you the right to live?
As for me, I'd pay the street cleaning fees if they'd wash you away from them.........because you stink a helluva lot worse than urine and feces!
Maybe you need to think what it's like to be hungry while you're woofing down your "veggie sandwich" you yuppie prick!

You wanna hear something pretty ****** up?
There used to be this homeless person you would see all over town asking for money and food. He was the typical homeless guy, ratty clothes, back pack, unshaved, he really seemed homeless! Then one day, my mom's boyfriend caught the guy getting into a brand new truck and driving off!! The guy wasn't a poor homeless guy! He was just acting like one because he knew people would give him money! It was nuts!

I think if the gutters were big enough you could get enough water pressure in those street sweepers and just blow them away down the drain!
Some good points you bring up though, we are paying them to be a boon on society. That my friend is enabling.
