Okay I had given you some input in your other question. To add with you may also try the General Skilleed Migration Programme which is for people who are not sponsored by an employer and who have skills in particular occupations required in Australia. Applicants must be over 18 and under 45 years of age, with good English language ability, and recent skilled work experience or a recently completed eligible Australian qualification.

If you are interested in having post graduate experience in New Zealand: " Generally Doctors from all other countries must either have completed The NZREX Examinations Or if having worked in Australia, UK or Ireland, the USA,Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Singapore,Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands and completed certain conditions of experience [as maintained & publishedby NZ Medical Council] may be eligible for assessment. A recognized English language examination, written and oral, may also be required. Ukraine is not on the list unfortunately but you may give a try as they are in need of doctors these days but just as in Australia you may be required to be registered and completed at least 1 year post grasduate training.
