A guy that had a thing for me in high school organized some friends of his that were in the marching band and waited for me after school by the exit. They played Be My Girl and he sang it. Very impressive. Something like that should work.

Be polite to everyone. Girl's hate guys who think they're better than other people. And make her laugh. Girls love guys with a good sense of humor. And if you've got money to spend, you could buy her flowers or something.
