Your question is a bit confusing.

Did you just buy a new car and it had 200 miles on it?? If so, then it is no big deal, however the dealer should have mentioned it to you. It could have been a demonstrator and people test drove it. Or it could have came from another dealership and they just drove the car over to the one that you bought it from. That happened to me with a Mustang GT I bought.

If you are talking about 200K miles on the car, then do have it checked out by a mechanic to be sure everything is safe on the car. Keep up the maintenance either way new or old.

Good luck.

Nah I think 200 is still considered a new vehicle but... it's still a lot. Didn't your dealer make you sign some forms that also indicated the milage on the car?
Yeah I don't think it'll be too much of an issue other than feeling a bit empty inside. I've seen new BMW cars that have 300+ miles on them.

I have a 97 ford Taurus with 215,000 miles and it runs fine. I just took a trip that was 1,800 round trip with no problems. Do regular maintenance on it like oil changes and you should be OK. I'd take it to a mechanic for a safety check before a long road trip to be sure the tie rods and ball joints and stuff aren't worn. Good luck and I hope next time you are more informed about what you are buying.

200 miles? Do you mean 200,000 miles?
If it is 200,000 miles, then get it completely checked out. This car is tired. Even the Japanese cars are tired after 200,000.

After the first two hundred miles comes the next two hundred miles.
