UN can't enforce saddam sanctions, can't stop usa invasion, pointless as enforcement, maybe it's good to have it as a debating society though.

The U.N. became defunct by sitting on it's hands for a decade while threatening Saddam with "something bad" for the ten years he laughed at them.
The U.S.A. became the world's backbone shortly thereafter.
