3 minutes, the brain can last for 3 minutes without oxygen. If you have hypoxia then you don't have enough oxygen and are on the edge of that 3 minute warning.

You might be able to extend that time by a minute or two, but surely no longer than that.

Assuming you mean a commercial airliner or equivalent, the max altitude you will be flying will be around 40,000 ft, and usually more like 25,000-30,000. At these altitudes, decompression will not be intense enough to suck your brain out through your big toe or anything like that. You will get one of the oxygen masks that are automatically deployed in the event of a loss of cabin pressure.

On all commercial airliners flying above 10,000 feet, at least one member of the flight crew is required to have an oxygen mask on at all times. So the situation in which the flight crew has hypoxia is not likely to happen in real life.

And remember it's always "the pilots," rather than "the pilot." Under international law, commercial flights always have at least two and usually three qualified pilots aboard.

So you will survive a long time. You will enjoy your trip, and have a really interesting story to tell everybody when you get home.

This will depend on several factors:

The %O2 at your altitude.
Your body's metabolism.
Your body's red blood cell count.

If there is 0% O2 in the air you breathe from spontaneous decompression expect to remain conscious for less then a minute.... the brain can go without oxygen and not suffer brain damage for about 6 minutes if someone saves you after that you will likely have serious problems.

Hi. Until the aircraft gets into breathable atmosphere. (Masks with oxygen drop automatically in any aircraft that flies at high altitude.)
