This person is a danger to himself and others. He starts fights,get's taken by the Sherriff's Dept. to the mental hospital,but MHMR will not take him because he tells them he's used drugs.He's a prior mental patient,off his meds.He's been locked up before so he knows what to say so he doesn't have to stay. He's been taken to jail also, but they let him out. He comes into public AA meetings and disrupts it or starts a fight. The men put him out or call the police and he just comes right back in.This has been going on for several months now. The women are afraid of him and he's so strong when he's crazy I think the men are too. We need someone to tell us what we can do legally.

Just keep calling the cops. Make them aware that he plays the system. Also tell the cops that you and your group are afraid of him.

You and the group can also get a restraining order requiring him to keep away. This sounds like your best bet. The police reports will serve as evidence.

Well ... sounds like a job for exlax ...

Take turns baking him cakes, muffins, cookies and such and deliver them to him a few hours before the meetings - give him a story like ... ummm - my wife told me that I need to bring this cake to you because I have voiced out that I did not like you much because you sometimes make me angry ... and I hope you will forgive me and accept this cake as my token of gratitude that you are like me alot ... in that we are trying to better ourselves ...

then ask if he will be needing a ride to the meeting tonight - when you answer the door - he may not be able to answer it.

I also know that milkshakes or such made with chopped up exlax, oreo cookies, some white chocolate pieces and nilla vanilla wafers - WILL START A REALLY POWERFUL MOVEMENT !!!

Now ... IT IS IMPORTANT - THAT YOU DO NOT JUST DELIVER THE STUFF ON THE NIGHT OF THE MEETINGS ... you all have to take turns bringing things over to him during the week ... not every day - but - enough that he will not be able to figure out why - only the nights of the meetings ... he wants to run the 220 and 440 all at once ...

And if you all bring him like a milkshake with regular chocolate and oreo with white chocolate and nilla vanilla wafers and he eats it and it just tastes great ... and does not cause him to make very prudent decissions like those on the day of the meetings ... he probably won't put two and two together.

I AM NOT SAYING THIS TO HURT THE GUY ... what his problem is - is he probably is just full of nasty stuff that he needs help with coming out ... this will even help him think more clear and ... by the time he finally comes back to the next meeting ... HE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE CHANGED??? and Everyone will like him much better.

Once he complains of the scoots that come about for every meething - you can tell him that you had the same problem a long time ago - but ... you started on this colon cleansing program ... and did a liver cleanse and so on ... THIS WILL ACTUALLY HELP ... or get him on a PARASITE CLEANSING PROGRAM ... and tell him it got rid of your problem over time - but; man - took a little time.

A great body cleanse actually helps the mind and I find no problem with talking people into them ... for their own health.

Life is sweet, eh?

Peace;

calling the cops has nothing to dow ith it.you will first have get a court order from a judge that states the person is a danger to themselves and others. once this is done the judge will schedule a hearing for all to appear and state why this person should be committed.the judge will then make a final determination on what to do with this person.if the judge feels they should have treatment the judge will send them to a treatment facility.it is a long process.the reason i know this is that iwent thru this with a family member.retired 25 year deputy sheriff

It is extremely difficult to do. You can have them committed for a 23 hour observation, and that is ALL. The physicians (2 of them) must determine that the person is a danger to themselves or others in order to "commit" the person. The person will then be evaluated every 10 months to see if they are fit for release. Good luck, but it's next to impossible. I suggest you speak with your physician about this and also contact an attorney.

Bring him to a mental institution or a rehabilitation and let them cure him. Bringing him to a police station will not do any good because they will just release him if there is no formal complaint filed against him. Bring the case to any organization who can help him cope up with his illness and tell them that you cannot take care of him because he has some special needs to be attended. I'm sure this institution will take care of him.

you should put him on a plane to the middle east i hear being mentally ill is a crime punishable by death. don't worry soon enough we will be rounding all of them up for camps some will be used in experiments some will be incinerated really how much money does the government and the average citizen pay each year in taxes just to take care of these crazies when donating their organs to society or using them as subjects to find cures to all sorts of diseases. maybe just maybe we could even cure alcoholism.
