Hi. Depends on your altitude and how fast the pilot can get to a breathable altitude. Airliners will automatically drop oxygen masks so you should not be in danger of hypoxia.

Assuming you mean a commercial airliner or equivalent, the max altitude you will be flying will be around 40,000 ft, and usually more like 25,000-30,000. At these altitudes, decompression will not be intense enough to suck your brain out through your big toe or anything like that. You will get one of the oxygen masks that are automatically deployed in the event of a loss of cabin pressure.

On all commercial airliners flying above 10,000 feet, at least one member of the flight crew is required to have an oxygen mask on at all times. So the situation in which the flight crew has hypoxia is not likely to happen in real life.

And remember it's always "the pilots," rather than "the pilot." Under international law, commercial flights always have at least two and usually three qualified pilots aboard.

So you will survive a long time. You will enjoy your trip, and have a really interesting story to tell everybody when you get home.
