I just replaced the distributor on it and the spark plug wires too. It acts like it wants to start but, it just will not turn over. Is the a fuse or anything that i need to check? Add we just changed the plugs also. thanks in advance.

check that distributer was installed correctly. you may have to reset timing from scratch if you didnt mark the yolk when changing out. also verify that new rotor is correct

If it cranks but won't start, it's one of four things: Air, fuel, spark, or the mixture.

Assuming it has gas in the tank, check the air filter. If it's the original air filter, that's the problem. If it's clean, check the fuel filter. A single drop of condensation can turn a 93 Camry into a uselessly large paperweight. If that's all correct, you may have installed the new distributor badly. If the wires are wrong, the spark happens at the wrong time, which is any time besides maximum compression. If the spark isn't firing at the right moment, you may as well be getting no spark at all.
