well, suposedly yes.
I was attracted to one of my cousins when I was 11, but now I'm not attracted to anyone related to me.
If you don't do anything about it, then there's no harm... its when people marry or have sex with a cousin the babies can be deformed, thats why people frown upon being attracted to cousins because they think it will lead down that road.

Apparently many people think the same thing, as here in America it is legal to marry your first cousin :-) there is way too much different blood involved for one to worry about deformities. Also, royalty often did the same, to keep the blood strong and hold onto the strong traits they worked so hard for, and you don't hear about them having had any problems either.

That really depends on how you and they feel about that. Technically, it's only wrong from a moralistic point of view, en mass via society, and, from a LONGTERM genetic standpoint. Children don't often show signs of inbreeding having effects on them until three generations into breeding, which...would mean if, somehow, you had children with a cousin, and your children had children with someone related to them, and THOSE children had children with someone related to them, THEN the chances of genetic Deformity would be high, or likely.
If no one's planning on breeding, which no one is, I'd assume, then....no, not really. Attraction isn't wrong unless you think it is.
