against animal lab testing and a vegetarian

I am against lab testing that uses animals. There are approx. 100 million mice a year that lose their life in lab testing.

I think some of their tests are unnecessary, but I am looking down at my at my 8 week old son sleeping in my lap and I am thinking that if they can make products safer for my baby then I am all for it. Whatever will not make him cry or irritated or injured by using a product that has not been fully tested. To all of you about to give me a thumbs down just wait until you have kids and how you would do anything and want anything or method to protect them from any harm

i am against animal testing. it is really wrong for ppl to test on animals. animals are living creatures and they shouldn't be tested on, they're life is important too. however in a way they should test a chemical product on something just to make sure it's safe but it's still wrong to kill animals even though it may be necessary in order to see if it's safe.

against animals don't have to pay because we need cures we are fine with the stuff we have i don't care if it's rats they are still living animal like cats and dogs with feelings

This is quite a sticky situation.
As much as I don't want animals to get hurt.
Is it worth to do clinical trials directly on human beings just so we may find a cure?
It is very difficult for me to respond to this.

For. I would definitely prefer that if a proposed new drug has a nasty side effect, that it be discovered on an animal rather than on me.
