Gay guy with 2 cats...
One cat is 8? years old; he came up to me one night while I was getting in my car. It was cold outside, so I decided to take him home and eventually find a home for him. As I was driving home he curled up in may lap and fell asleep. When I got home I realized that he had been outside for awhile and had a broken tooth and an open wound on his side from being attacked by some other animal. I took him to a vet who said he was about 1 year old at the time and, since he was already 'fixed' had probably been thrown out since he was a big cat (not fat; Big. He was 6 lbs. when I found him and once he gained his weight back he was over 16 lbs.) By the time I found someone to take care of him, I had nursed him back to health and didn't want to let him go. He now follows me around everywhere and is terrified of thunderstorms.
The 2nd cat is now 5 years old. A co-worker's aunt who lived outside the city found kittens in her barn and my co-worker talked me into adopting one of the kittens. He doesn't like strangers or the sound of the doorbell or telephone.

Nice question Alex....I don't know why people have a problem with it.
I love some of the answers....they give you a little glimpse into people's lives and thought processes....especially love χριστοφερως's cat stories!
I am gay and have 2 cats, one large friendly guy who loves everyone even though he was a stray as a kitten, and one tiny skittish one who probably would love everyone except he hides anytime someone else is in the house. It is sad because he is the prettiest cat I've ever seen, it would be cool if other people could see him.

Pansexual (I like men, women, and transgender and transsexual individuals), and I have an adorable American Cocker Spaniel and two cats (but the dog is more my pet, the cats, the family's).
