I think I might have, and I'm seriously about to go smash something right now. Even if they're not true, they're still making me think, and I don't like it. I've waited who knows how long for this, and I don't want it ruined by a stupid person who doesn't respect our wishes.
Oh, and by the way, if anyone posts a spoiler as an answer, I'll report you and then go find you and smash your head in. [If you couldn't tell, I'm rather a bit of an obsessant.]

i understand how you feel, its not fair for people to try to ruin this surprise for us, we've been waiting for years. and trust me i do wanna go and just hurt them or lock them up for doing that. i wish i had the time to report each person who posts a spoiler.......f**kin retards.......

You did well by threatening to report spoilers. I have already reported multiple people (two of them actually being the same person). Follow through with your threat if some idiot tries to post a spoiler as an answer.
P.S. I know none of the spoilers are true and refuse believe anything except the official book, but these spoilers on Yahoo Answers are becoming VERY annoying.

I read the NY Times review just past 12 a.m. today. But since I am totally NOT into HP, it didn't matter to me. But I would never ever spoil any book, movie, tv series, sport event etc. for anyone. I get where ya'll are comin' from even if I'm not there. Enjoy. Peace. Live and let read.

Umm, well considering all I do online just check my e-mails, myspace, surf Yahoo Answers, and search vigorously for prawn, I have actually not run across one
If it's not too much to ask...could you direct me towards one? I know it probably goes against your morals as a Harry Potter fan, but I'd much rather read one of those than the 750 some page book, cause I mean....I'm not that into it but yea, haha thanks

i read those spoilers a lot, it doesn't really matter, i don't believe in any of those pre-release spoilers. besides most of the spoilers i come across are so obviously fake.
However, after the book comes out, i'm gonna stop reading the spoilers.

The better question might be who hasn't. They are everywhere. And threatening abuse is no answer. Just stay off the internet until you read the book. That is what many are doing. Pax - C

I try to avoid it. I don't go to Harry Potter fan sites just because they might try to spoil it. I'm very careful of what i open. I was actually debating on opening this one in fact.

yeah!
ive been reading some things on yahoo answers.
and im not looking for spoilers.
but i get excited whenever i see "harry potter" in the name!
and then i open it and read some answers.
and theres always some jackass who posts what he "knows" or what he pretends to know.
i say ignore it.
thats what im trying to do.
but i do have the urge to bash their heads in.
