Bottom line after all of the legal rhetoric is consumed - she was not classified at the time as a covert agent, hence, she couldn't very well be "exposed."
Do not think for one moment that this case will take the wind out of the democrats' obsession with trying to discredit this administration any way they can. I would personally think that their time could be much better spent trying to find solutions to all of the concerns presently facing our nation - but that's just my opinion.

No that's not why it was dismissed. Don't be a liar.

It was on juristictional grounds not on the merit of the case. The judge thought she should be pursuing charges as a violation of the privacy act, not as a civil suit.

I still think it will fail, but let's not misrepresent things.
