Undoubtedly yes, he's both a steroid freak and washed out.
People like to point to his 14 homers this season, but they seem to ignore his Neifi Perez-like .297 on-base percentage, or the fact that he's slugging almost 100 points below his career average. My personal feeling is that he only came back to pad those home run numbers, and I believe he's always been more self-obsessed than team-oriented.
He was a great player in the late 1990s, but now he's just an embarassment.

First of all, you should learn how to spell steroid! Second of all, Sammy is currently a Ranger so if you have watched games over the past four weeks like you say then you would have seen him in a Ranger uniform. Lastly, Sosa has never tested positive for steroids. All of that is speculation. Sounds like you just don't like Sammy.

R u kidding me?? u got this totally wrong! Sammy Sosa is not only a washed up steroid freak but a corked-bat, human growth hormone, fake, "I can't speak english in front of congress" freak. Yeh 600 homeruns he's SECOND on the all time list in strikeouts. Know wonder why it was always windy in chicago.

hey julie s he hit number 600 this year. No roids, HGH. Hey atleast he doen't have to rest his legs to hit homers like Bonds. Sosa still has the wimp and blimp thing goin but he can hit a homer now and then.

washed out...no
sammy sosa has always struck out and killed rallies,
but everytime he comes to the plate he brings excitement and can still hit the long ball as he did with 600 last yr.

Sammy is a Ranger correct? You will see his face and you will see it often! Anyways he isn't washed out and I doubt he is on roids. Maybe HGH but not steroids. Don't be a hater man!
Come to think of it thanks for reminding me. Time for my roid break.

A washed out steroid freak? You can't be mad just because he ends up hitting a homerun against your favorite team... w/e that is.
