Well, the moon is always there. During certain times of the month the moon sets later than the sunrise, so the moon is still visible.

The moon is always there.During day time, sun's rays are brighter than the reflected sun's light from the moon.So it is invisible even though it is there. The location of the moon may change slightly day by day.Even on new moon,it is there in the night. But it is not visible as the illuminated portion of the moon is on the other side.Similarly during lunar eclipse,a portion or full portion of the moon cannot be seen as the earth's shadow falls on it.Due to some reason, if the refected light from the moon is brighter than the sun's light, you can see the moon during day time.

Because it's relatively big and relatively near.. with the sun lighting it up, it can't be missed even during daytime on Earth

because theres not always enough sunlight to cover up the moon. even in the day, anyways thats the common sence awenser
