I can't offer a site with lists based on sales but there's a site with loads of music critics' lists ranked mathematically:

There's another site I frequent with tons of lists for not only music, but movies, books and "miscellaneous". Many of them are from average Joes and Janes but there's a lot of lists from critics, Grammy Awards, etc. too:

There cant really bee 100 of just 1 year unless you put all the genres together & the unknown ppl too
